How do I get a Sierratel SIM card?
New SIM cards will be available from 1st June 2026 at the Youyi Building shop, through POS agents nationwide, and local business resellers. Digital onboarding is also available via website, mobile app, or USSD (*400#).
Can I reactivate my old Sierratel number?
No. Old Sierratel numbers will not be reactivated. New SIM cards must be obtained at our POS.
How do I activate my new Sierratel 4G SIM?
Insert the SIM into a 4G-compatible device. A configuration SMS will guide activation. No store visit required.
Does Sierratel support eSIM?
Yes. eSIM is supported for compatible smartphones, allowing digital activation without a physical SIM.
What do I get when I first activate my SIM?
Welcome Profile includes: 10 mins calls, 100 SMS, 300 MB data, up to 100% bonus. Smartphone users are eligible to get Free 1 GB (T&Cs apply).
