How do I get a Sierratel SIM card?
You can obtain a Sierratel SIM card from any of our retail shops located at Upgun, Victoria Park, Jui, Main Motor Road, Miatta Conference, Aberdeen, and Juba. Our SIM cards are also available in the districts of Port Loko, Kenema, Bo, Makeni, and Koidu through our regional shops and authorized dealers nationwide.
Can I reactivate my old Sierratel number?
No. Old Sierratel numbers will not be reactivated. New SIM cards must be obtained at our POS.
How do I activate my new Sierratel 4G SIM?
Insert the SIM into a 4G-compatible device. A configuration SMS will guide activation. No store visit required.
Does Sierratel support eSIM?
Yes. eSIM is supported for compatible smartphones, allowing digital activation without a physical SIM.
What do I get when I first activate my SIM?
